About
Built from three apartments and a lot of evenings in Europe.
Superhost Café grew out of a real operation: three apartments behind one door in Getsemaní, the old neighborhood of Cartagena de Indias. They have welcomed more than 2,500 guests and collected more than 600 reviews, and they have held Superhost status from the first evaluation.
The apartments are run from Belgium. A family-led local team handles cleaning, maintenance and emergencies. Guests check in with door codes, find a detailed welcome guide, and write through the platform first. Automated messages go out at the right moment. The host answers during the European day and evening, which is the Colombian morning and afternoon.
Tom Claes built that system. He lived in Cartagena, ran a bar and restaurant in Getsemaní, and founded Antrepreneurs, a digital strategy and automation agency in Antwerp. Superhost Café is where he packages what works so other owners can launch without learning it the hard way.
Languages: English, Dutch, Spanish and French.

Systems, not slavery
Your rental should earn money without owning your evenings. Everything we build aims at that.
Paid and focused
No free calls. A paid session means full attention on your property and a plan you keep.
Honest about limits
Airbnb decides who is a Superhost. We build a setup designed to meet every criterion, and we say what we cannot control.
First-hand only
We advise on what we run ourselves or have set up for clients. When rules are involved, we tell you to check with a local lawyer.
