Who we are

Superhost Café (superhostcafe.com) is run by Tom Claes. The services are delivered by Antrepreneurs, [legal form], [company number], [address], Belgium. Contact: tom@antrepreneurs.be.

What we collect

When you join the waiting list or download a resource: your first name, email address, language, the type of owner you are and the page you came from. When you contact us: your name, email, the country of your property and your message. When you book a session: the details you enter in the booking form and your payment, handled by the booking and payment providers. With your consent only: anonymous usage statistics through Google Analytics 4.

Why we use it

To send you what you asked for (the free chapter, a checklist, a reply), to deliver the services you book, to send emails you agreed to, and to improve the site. The legal bases are your consent, the contract you enter when you book, and our legitimate interest in answering questions and keeping the site secure.

Who processes it

MailerLite (email list), Cal.com (bookings), Stripe (payments), Google Analytics (statistics, only with consent), Hostinger (website hosting) and, where used, n8n and Airtable for internal administration. Some providers may process data outside the EU under standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Email list data until you unsubscribe. Contact messages for up to two years. Client and invoice data for as long as Belgian accounting law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Write to tom@antrepreneurs.be. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be). Visitors in Colombia are also protected by Colombian data protection law (Ley 1581 de 2012).

Security

Forms are sent over an encrypted connection, the stored data is not reachable from the web, and access is limited to the site owner.
