FAQ
Frequently asked questions.
Price and payment
Why should I pay for a first call?
Because you leave with a written action plan you keep, whatever you decide. And if you book a package within 30 days, the session fee is deducted from it.
How do I pay?
Sessions are paid by card when you book. Packages are paid 50% at signing and 50% at launch, by invoice from Antrepreneurs.
Can I cancel or move my session?
You can reschedule once, up to 48 hours before the slot. Sessions are not refunded within 48 hours of the slot.
What you get
Can you guarantee Superhost status?
No one can. Airbnb decides. You get a setup built to meet every criterion: a 4.8 rating, a 90% response rate, fewer than 1% cancellations and at least 10 stays.
Is this property management?
No. This is consulting and setup. You stay the host, with a system and a team that let you run it from anywhere.
Do you write welcome guides for my property?
Yes. We can write and design the full guest guide, coach you while you write it yourself, or write the playbook for your local team.
Do you help me find a local team?
We define the roles, write the checklists and help you interview. Finding the people is easier with family or trusted contacts, and we show you how to start with one person.
Where and how
My property is not in Colombia or Spain.
The remote method works anywhere. On-site visits are limited to Colombia and Spain, with travel billed at cost.
I don't speak Spanish. Is that a problem?
Many of your guests don't either. The setup is built for that: written guides, templates in several languages and a local team with clear roles.
Which languages do you work in?
English, Dutch and Spanish.
How long does it take?
Launch Right takes 3 to 4 weeks, Remote Ready 6 to 8 weeks, and the Superhost Track runs for 3 months.
Do you give legal or tax advice?
No. We explain how the rules affect your setup and point you to what to check, but you confirm registration and taxes with a local lawyer or accountant.
