Scope

These terms apply to strategy sessions, packages and add-ons ordered through superhostcafe.com and delivered by Antrepreneurs. The services are consulting and setup. They are not property management, legal, tax or financial advice.

Strategy sessions

Sessions are paid in full at booking. You can reschedule once, up to 48 hours before the slot. Sessions are not refunded within 48 hours of the slot. The written action plan is sent within 48 hours after the call. The session fee is deducted from any package booked within 30 days.

Packages

Each package is confirmed by a written proposal. Packages are paid 50% at signing and 50% at launch. Add-ons are paid upfront. Travel for on-site visits is billed at cost.

Your part

You provide access, information and approvals in time. You remain the host and are responsible for your listing, your guests, your registrations, taxes and insurance.

No guarantee

Superhost status, reviews, bookings and income depend on Airbnb, the market and how you host. We deliver a setup and advice designed to meet the Superhost criteria, not a result.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service concerned, except in case of intent or gross negligence.

Law

Belgian law applies. Disputes go to the courts of [Antwerp].
