Payment terms
Sessions are paid in full at booking. Packages are paid 50% at signing and 50% at launch. Add-ons are paid upfront. Travel for on-site visits is billed at cost. The session fee is deducted from any package booked within 30 days.
This is consulting and setup, not day-to-day property management: you stay the host. Superhost status is decided by Airbnb, so we build a system designed to meet every criterion and never promise the badge itself.
FAQ
Do you take the photos?
No, but the shot list tells your photographer exactly what to shoot and in which order. In Cartagena and Spain an on-site visit can be added.
Can I do this if I am already listed?
Yes, but a listing audit add-on is usually the better start for existing hosts.
